Patricia Lois King, 79, went home to be with her Lord, on November 27, 2011. She was born in Bismarck, Illinois on April 21, 1932. She was the daughter of Clifford and Lois (Wilson) Smith. She attended grammar and high schools in Bismarck and Lakeview Hospital School of Nursing in Danville, Illinois. She was married to James F. King of Henning, Illinois in 1953. They made their home in Danville, Urbana, St. Joseph and Rantoul, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana. She was an active member of Cornerstone Baptist Church for over thirty years.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, David (Penny) King, Christine (Michael) Chilson, Daniel (Janice) King and Amy (William) Reneau, all in the Indianapolis area. She has twenty grandchildren, seven great-grand children, and one due in January 2012.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2011 and 11 to noon on December 2, 2011 at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at noon on December 2 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 10701 E. 56th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. Internment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.

    Sorry to hear Aunt Pat passed away. She passed away almost one month after her brother (my dad) Jim Huss.

    I just found this, so I thought I would send my condolences.
